With a wealth of professional experience (>17 years) across various aspects of capital market transactions, financial services, Mergers and Acquisitions, financial structuring and business planning, Mr. Manoj Kumar Purbey, co-founder of SMN Corporate Advisors.

A fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a Law Graduate Mr. Manoj Kumar Purbey is an IBBI registered Insolvency Professional and has been a member of Expert Advisory Board of ICSI, and a member of 'Special Task Force on Company Law' of ICSI. He has independently handled 'Mergers & Acquisitions' of several listed and unlisted business groups.

He has been actively advising several Companies and Groups on mergers and acquisitions, Insolvency and Bankruptcy advisory etc. He has also handled assignments affiliated to the revival and rehabilitation of stressed Companies by procuring much required investment, Joint venture partners, fund mobilization services and constant management advisory.

Having an experience of more than two and a half decades under his belt, Mr. Pankaj is a structured finance and taxation veteran. He has worked across various financial disciplines providing mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, valuation and corporate finance advisory services wherein he was responsible for successful mergers, acquisitions and restructuring of several business entities. Besides this, he also specializes in forensic audit, financial due diligence, private equity placements, structuring of transactions, turning around of financially unviable entities and issues related to Asset Reconstruction & Securitization.

He is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India and a graduate in commerce from Punjabi University, Patiala.

Mr. Shivangel Gandhi holds position as a Director at SMN. He has rich experience in managing the businesses of different industries. He also holds the position of Executive Director in several NonBanking Financial Companies and Real Estate Companies where he has been at the forefront of executing various high stake Investment, acquisition, and transaction deals, applying his effective skills while genuinely benchmarking his business skills and performances.

He has graduated from the University of Southern California and holds a certificate program of excellence & leadership in Real Estate Finance.

Mr. Vinod Kumar is a retd. Chief Manager, State Bank of India, Stressed Assets Recovery Branch. On behalf of SBI, he has extensively handled stressed assets recovery matters, wherein he worked for restructuring, turnaround and mergers & acquisitions of hundreds entities.

Currently he is providing his valuable advisory services to the clients of the SMN corporate Advisors on the matters of strategic debt restructuring, financial restructuring, acquisitions and other crucial corporate matters.

Having a vast experience of more than 20 years as Company Secretary in practice and more than 3 years in the field of corporate advisory and insolvency & bankruptcy, he has handled Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of several companies wherein he has successfully handled the acquisition, resolution and turnaround of more than Rs. 3 thousand Crores.

Nimesh is an Advocate and Company Secretary. Possessing rich experience of almost a decade, He has gained immense exposure working across various segments related to legal and litigation, Mergers & Acquisition, Investment Banking advisory and Capital Market transactions with various corporate houses.

In the past, he has assisted several operational and financial creditors in formulating legal strategies, drafting & filing of insolvency applications as well as represented a diverse set of clients with the NCLT and NCLAT. He has been actively involved in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of listed and unlisted Corporate Debtors in coordination with Insolvency Professionals, COC and other creditors.

She has worked as a Senior Engineer with various Companies. Her area of expertise is Network Security, OS, SAN with Fiber Networking. She is associated with SMN Corporate Advisors as an Engineer and provides her value-added services to our corporate clientele.
